Driving a Rolls Royce is really about driving in a lifestyle car. Everywhere you go attracts attention from bystanders as those of you who can afford its $300,000 starting price means you’re either a famous celebrity or just incredibly wealthy. While some of the tech may feel old compared to less expensive rivals, few can match the brand recognition that a Rolls Royce commands.

The name Rolls-Royce defines luxury, and the Rolls-Royce Phantom is the pinnacle of Rolls’ own range. Subscribe now:

This £360,000 luxury saloon is the king of wafting. There’s more than 130kg of soundproofing, the interior is lined with hectares of leather, carpets thick enough to tickle your ankles, and whatever kinds of trim you can dream up.

Power comes from a 6.75-litre, twin-turbocharged V12 whose power is entirely secondary to the huge reserves of torque, developed so low down in the rev range that you hardly need to put any effort in to get imperious cruising potential.

Join us as tests the new Rolls-Royce Phantom and decides whether it’s still the most luxurious car on the planet.

The Rolls-Royce Wraith is a $350,000 luxury coupe with some truly amazing luxury features and some unbelievable equipment — along with an excellent driving experience. Here’s a tour, and a review of what it’s like to drive a Rolls-Royce Wraith.

For our latest unboxing review we bring you the 2017 Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II. Although it’s built on the same platform as the previous generation BMW 7 Series, the cars’ characters are entirely different. Both appeal to a completely different type of buyer. Not surprisingly, the Roll-Royce buyer will be spending a lot more money, but we think it’s totally worth it. Power comes from a twin-turbo 6.6-liter V12 with 563 magnificent hp and 575 lb-ft of torque. Power is distributed to all four wheels through an 8-speed automatic. As you can probably already imagine, the Ghost is a heavy thing, tipping the scale at over 5,600 pounds. Fuel economy? It’s not the best (to say the least), coming in at 13/21 mpg city/highway. Our tester came in Diamond Black exterior paint and featured optional 21-inch five twin spoke alloy wheels that cost an additional $8,325. And, of course, that Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament retracts electronically to avoid theft. Step inside and you’ll discover an interior that’s above and beyond pretty much anything you’ve ever seen. It’s literally like sitting in a piece of fine jewelry, with full and natural grain hides on the seating surfaces, door panniers, lower pillars, instrument panel and center console. Performance is also quite impressive, given this thing’s weight. Zero to 60 mph happens in 4.7 seconds. Cost? The base price alone is $295,850, but our tester topped off at nearly $315,000. We can confidently say it’s worth every penny. Enjoy the review!

The Rolls-Royce history is full of phantoms, ghosts, spirits and wraiths. Compared to the Phantom Wraith and Ghost are much more modern, but they still have in them, what makes a Rolls-Royce unique. Rolls-Royce Wraith is a coupe based on the Ghost. Both cars are built on the BMW 7 Series platform. Despite being over 5 metres long, and almost two metres wide, Rolls-Royce Wraith is not as difficult to maneuver, as you may think. You have specify the car with many modern options, like a 360 degree camera. This may come in handy more than once.
